One of the readers was so kind to supply me a very interesting magazine article from a Swedish magazine called "Teknikens värld". It's nr 9 from 27th of April 1977. Apparently it has some news articles about the Autosalon in Geneva. And you can guess it, it does have a small update about the new released Monteverdi Sierra. A photo is included and it shows two examples, a light blue version and a golden version. The light-blue version does have these non-standard rims as well. And it's missing the usual chrome trim-piping on the C-style - just like the golden version. But the blue version is missing too the Monteverdi badge on the C-Style. And the golden version on the Autosalon now seems no longer to have the "air vents / ornaments" on the C-Style.
On FB I found someone who posted another photo of a French magazine which shows the same blue version.
I have found another picture (from the Original brochure) whereby the light blue version is displayed in the Monteverdi Showroom in Binningen amongst all other available models.
