As for the outstanding question regarding the bumpers, this has now been clarified. I have made contact with a Swiss owner and he informed me the following:
Hallo Erwin - die Stossfänger und Kunststoffecken / Zierleisten sind Monteverdi Teile - sind nicht von einem anderen Hersteller - sind schwer zu finden .....
Meaning the bumpers are bespoke. They however seem to have been used on the Monteverde Safari as well. I'm looking mainly for the plastic wingside covers as the main front and rear are in tact. So if any of the readers know of a wrecked Safari then I'm all ears.
In any case, in order to unlock the trunk/boot the rearseats had to be removed first, so here goes:
And presto:

Let's see what's stored inside:
Unfortunately no Swiss goldbars were hidden in it - Right Jos!? Jos!!
Only rubbish - bummer. One nice item was found though; the 3rd wheelhub cover.
Next stage was to remove the carpet to get it dried up in the sun. Of course we keep them for measurements and color samples once the car will be build up again. I love the color of the carpet. It's a nice match with the exterior color.
Now with the trunk open a more closer look can be taken at the bodywork performed by Monteverdi/Fissore. Here you can see how they placed the panels over the Original carbody. Unfortunately there is quite a bit rust but I trust this can be restored easily (keep that positive vibe!).
